Cancellation Policy for Australian Training Courses
 
No-shows and registrants canceling fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled start date, without written or verbal notice, will be charged at the complete cost of the course.  Student substitutions are allowed at any time at no extra charge.  A $250 administration charge will be incurred for cancellations received in writing (email, letter or fax) up to 2 weeks prior to the course. One date change for confirmed students is permitted, subject to course availability. Any additional date changes will incur an administration fee of $250. Any cancellation or administration fees which are applied will be charged to the credit card number provided at the time of booking.
 
Metiri Mensus Pty Limited reserves the right to cancel any class. Such cancellations will be made at least ten (10) business days before the class start date, and any enrollees will be notified at that time.  In this case, 100% of your registration fee will be refunded.
